Reflection in this unit

After doing the argumentative essay i feel that i need to improve so many things. first of all, i need to improve my format in the argumentative essay. I put my thesis statement in the wrong place, should be in the second paragraph and also i put some facts in my essay but i forgot to put the reference list in the end of the essay, and all of my mistake that i did in my argumentative essay affect my score, even though i got low score, Ms. Hoddinott help me to improve my skills in doing the argumentative essay and i will keep trying to do my best.

After getting a low score in the argumentative essay, i got a good score for my debate. I feel happy because i got good score (22/24). Well i don't know where's the other 2 score, maybe i did some little mistake while in the debate, but the debate was very fun! I really like the debate. My group did well, and our point was "Globalization will not lead us to a brighter future".

What I've learn about blogging

How can we use blogs explore new ideas, opinions and interact with the world around us?

Blog...After you hear the word "Blog" what's come up in your mind? In my opinion we can use blog to share or explore new ideas. For example, in our own blog we can share about our thoughts, feelings, articles, and many things. We also can see others people blog to explore new things, or maybe some interesting articles that she/he post. 

We also can communicate or interact with the readers through the post or comments. And before you post a post or a comment you should think before you publish it. You also can communicate with comments or put some feedback.  If you use the bad attitude/word in commenting or posting it may affect your reputation in your real life. If you want to post something in your blog make sure it’s appropriate and put detail information in your post.

There are some tips that will make your blog looks good. First, use good template, layout, and background. Second relate your post to the readers. The third be creative! Use your own words. If you copy and paste from other website put the resource and write your opinion about the article that you use.

I really enjoy blogging. I can express my feelings and share some good articles in my blog. And, I can communicate with the readers in my blog through comments. It’s fun doing blogging!

My hobbies....

My first hobby is listening to music, usually i listen to Arctic monkeys, Muse, John Legend, Daft Punk, Imagine Dragons, Kasabian, MC hammer, Queen, Usher, and Neon Trees songs. even though some of the band are not famous, i still like those band/singer. Music is one of my addiction, I'm so addicted to music.

Besides Listening to music. I like Surfing too, which is include my hobbies. The first time i surf, it was in Bali my hometown.

MUSE

Muse are and English rock band from Teignmouth, Devon, which formed in 1994. The band consist of school friends Matthew Bellamy (lead vocals, lead guitar, piano, keyboards, keytar), Chritopher Wolstenholme (Bass, vocals, keyboards, rhythm, harmonica), and Dominic Howard (Drums)

Since the release of their 2006 album Black Holes and Revelations, keyboardist and percussionist Morgan Nicholls has performed live with the band. Muse are known for their energetic and extravagant live performances and their fusion of many music genres, including space rock,progressive rock, alternative rock, heavy metal, classical music and electronica.
Muse have released six studio albums: Showbiz (1999), Origin of Symmetry (2001), Absolution (2003), Black Holes and Revelations (2006), The Resistance (2009) and The 2nd Law (2012). They have also issued three live albums, Hullabaloo Soundtrack (2002), which is also a compilation of B-sides, Absolution Tour, which documents several of the band's performances such as Glastonbury Festival 2004 (2005), and HAARP (2008).
Black Holes and Revelations earned the band a Mercury Prize nomination and a third place finish in the NME Albums of the Year list for 2006.
